First-year veterinary student Coreen Crowley returns to her hometown to visit both her family and her long-time boyfriend during Christmas vacation. Chris, her boyfriend, is sick with the flu, so she ends up spending much of her holiday taking care of him and trekking between his apartment and her parents' home. On the night of December 28th, she tucks Chris in for the night and phones her father, telling him that she was on her way home and to expect her in 40 minutes or so. But two hours later, her dad mentions to her mom that Coreen should have been home by now...

When Chloe gets caught it's not just by any cop. Sarah Paulson who has a reputation of the sexy, smartass, rude, bad cop catches Chloe on the run. Sarah is rude and tries to do Chloe wrong. Chloe tries to hate Sarah but finds herself being strangely drawn to her. Will they fall in love? Or will Sarah try her best to ruin Chloe's life?

Benny is getting ready for a mission soon - his first mission, really. Said mission being to land on the moon and setting up some sort of contraption. Before he does, though, Benny decided to meet the MCC that would be helping him on said mission, which led him into meeting Mr. Caddel, also known as Bad Cop. (I barely know anything about how nasa works, how spaceships/rocket ships work, how the MCC works, or anything about the matter in general. Do not get mad that my writing about a specific event wasn't perfect or if I got the littlest thing wrong.)

Thyme Paramaanantra and Kavin Kittiyangkul used to be the the billionaire it boys of Kocher High School. They were part of a group called the F4. But in present day, Thyme is the owner and curator of a well-known art gallery. And Kavin is an FBI-trained police detective. They haven't seen or talked to each other in years. But thanks to a bunch of criminals, they'll be forced back into each other's lives and maybe maybe into each other's hearts.

Mack, a full time firefighter and part time saddle maker goes to New Mexico to deliver a saddle. The strained relationship with his busy girlfriend is lightened a bit when she agrees for him to pick her up along the way to accompany him on the trip. Along the way he saves a girl hitchhiker who solves a mystery for him and ultimatley saves his life. In the story some good deeds go unpunished but some come to fruition. He cannot wait to run the gauntlet out of New Mexico.
