Rumors spread after its learned Izuku Midoriya was born quirkless. Deku gives back his quirk and disappears. Three exchange students come from America to stay at UA. He moved to America only to get mixed up with the wrong crowd and become a trouble maker, after getting kicked out of his new school in America he is forced to move back to Japan, and reunite with his former friend and bully.
