This is a story about a girl who is a bit of a loner, who loves reading books. Her mom has passed away, her dad isn't very nice, and her stepmom and stepsister are cruel. Her stepbrother is the only good one. But then she comes across a book titled "Lover and Where to Find Them" while working part-time at the library owned by a man named Victor Columbus. She starts reading the book and becomes obsessed with it. Then she starts to believe that characters from the book have come into the real world, and under their influence, she commits multiple murders and eventually suicide.
