We live in a world that is divided up of four lands the FarLands, the PromiseLands, the SorrowLands, and the worst Land of all The Badlands. Aspen is 16 years old and is fed up with her parents and how they live. See, she lives in the PromiseLands, they believe that everyone should live how they live. They're judging if one doesn't live the lifestyle they live. It was one night when she finally was fed up with the way they live. That's when she went off, she just screamed and yelled and let all of her emotions out at once. They went the whole week, and counting, without talking to her. One night, she got fed up of feeling like shit. She packed her stuff and left. Left her friends, her family, her life. She wanted to forget. So she got in her car and drove to the forgotten land. The place people want to forget, and the place people go to forget...

As a 19-year-old girl, I never really understood what is bad or what is good, I never realized the difference between black and white. I always lived in shades of gray, waiting for someone to inject some color in my world, though I was way too lost, no time for love, no plan for feature. It wasn't a love story; it was a highway to hell.
