(Short Story) ----- ... "Hello miss, is Ryan here?" I hope he is. Or I hope that his mother is making cookies. Cookies are Ryan's favorite to eat, and my favorite to bake. She smiles, and it makes me feel warm again. "He's in his room." I want to run to his room immediately, but I stop myself.
