Aurora "Rory" Adams touched a piano for the first time when she was 4 years old. It took her a total of 5 minutes, from that moment, to realize that she wanted to spend the rest of her days playing music .So everything she has done, for as long as she can remember, was to ensure she made it into Juilliard. Nathan Kingman and his twin sister, Charlotte, have been expected and practically destined to go to Juilliard since they were born. With an award winning, broadway director for a father and a Prima Ballerina for a mother, they didn't have much of a say on what they wanted to do with their lives. As Nate gets closer and closer to carelessly failing out of his second year of Juilliard he meets a very goal oriented, driven and sassy Rory under unlikely circumstances. And as Rory slowly breaks down the rich, "I don't care", bad boy attitude she reminds him, after years of completely forgetting, why he started to play piano in the first place.
