[A Harry Potter fanfiction] They were so different, yet so alike in so many ways. Which made it only slightly perfect. Both purebloods. Both admired, even if for different reasons. Both were proud Slytherins. Yet, one was kind hearted, while the other only had the mind for himself. One, was friends with almost everyone, while the other stuck with those they knew, and only those. Lily Snape is the adoptive daughter of Severus Snape, and Draco Malfoy, only heir to the Slytherin bloodline, have been friends since their first year at hogwarts. Their fourth year may change things between them, for better, or for worse. "I don't see what the huge deal is." He said to me from the other side of the dark commons. I really wished he'd quiet down, I didn't want the others to wake and get into a matter that wasn't theirs. "That's because you only think of yourself Draco, have you even thought about what I thought about this?" I asked him arms folded. I tried to give him the dirtiest look I could, but it was hard. His platinum blond hair was sticking out in random places, astray from their usual spot on his head because he kept running his fingers through it. He also had the most frustrated look on, which made me want to smile. Dang, why did he have to be like that? "I did." he said with a frustrated laugh. "I thought you liked me." I sighed and looked at the ground, then shook my head at him. "That's exactly why I'm not going through with this. Because I love you." ~~~~ Obviously, all credit goes to Rowling for creating this wonderful world. I take no credit for anything except the plot line for this story and the character Lily. LIke no joke, I was watching FBAWTFT a few days ago and was absolutely dumbfounded at how she has been able to create a world that so many people love. So, this is just a little story I came up with.
