Bahamut has been watching over the World for many millenia. Seen civilisations rise and fall. He enjoyed watching humans learn and band together. But upon the "Union" he rapidly saw the cruel system that had been formed. The weak were exploited by the powerful to increase their popularity. So the ancient Dragon God decides to... intervene. After all, he is also a God of Justice.

You live in a world where men are treated as slaves or as breeding horses your mostly picked on by the female members of your family and their allies while also on occasions being neglected, abused, raped, or harassed but when you meet the spirits of your sacred gears, you venture to get your revenge on your family.

It's as if her skin was being pierced by a thousand blades, she twitches and writhes in pain. She then felt as if something had attached to her skin, constantly poking at her nerves. The figure then disappeared, and the moon had already risen. She wondered how long she had been there, but as she looks at the moon. She see's something light up the ground, then she looks at herself. Scales with a sheen of platinum cover her skin. ______________________________________________________________________________ This is also a somewhat long-term story i have in mind, i intend to have this become a long-term project of mine. Given i'm just a teen who doesn't have that much time all the time this may on-and-off so hopefully people who keeps on reading this (Which i doubt cause teenage angst, yay) will stay for the ride. Oh shit yo new cover(CHANGED IT AGAIN CAUSE INDECISION), this is a lot more cheesy looking and a bit of experimentation i did with canva, but hey its better than a fucking blank picture now isn't it. (Which means i barely made any effort, this is just because canva is absolutely easy to use fuck why didn't i know about this before.)

What I'm doing with this story is taking the Eikons from FF XVI and put into a more modern era (FFVII/FFXV) Since the era of might and magic, one constant has persisted: Change. Whether from a child to an adult or a horse-drawn carriage to cars, no more significant change has hit Valisthea than the loss of the Eikons. Now, mere fairy tales to tell around the campfire. What if you were to learn that their power wasn't gone, just transferred? Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only changed, and when the vessel of the nine gods faded away, one can only speculate did the accumulative power disappear into the aether or were just weakened and found new hosts. Hosts who would go on and pass the power on waiting for the time they were needed.
