Kylie Anders is a witch! Even with Kippy the Pheonix chick at her side, will she succeed when the prophecy, and it's utterer, tells her she will fail?

This story is also a continuation of another story created by an author known as Sel with their permission. This story takes place between the events of Tall Tails: Book 1 and Tall Tails: Book 2 and is meant to be a prologue of sorts. This is also an entry for one of the contests for my discord server. Sometimes, she cannot control her powers she gained and gets overpowered by hate and evil. Kiba was a lonely man that bumped into Tamaki's life and changed it. Tamaki was always a serious one, the deadly one, the only ninja who would be independent but things have changed....
