Izuku being born as an American was best friends with Barry and Iris growing up. His parents were targeted by assassins because of there Midoriya background. The Midoriya's were the richest people in Japan but Izuku didn't know that so when his mom died, Joe took him as a son and let him live with them and then Barry happened and lived with Joe also. Watch (*cough cough READ cough cough*) how Izuku lives in Central City and goes to Japan to go to UA because of his Midoriya background.

Izuku "Deku" Toshinori was born with his quirk already activated. He was born with green wings on his back. These wings are indestructible and can make massive gusts of wind. This story is based on an idea I had but, I deleted the draft because I had no ideas for the story. It would have been my first story if I published it.
