bakugou is a masterless familiar who resides in a shrine located in the middle of a valley surrounded by wildlife. by walking along a trail through the valley's center and following the center flowing river long enough you'd find this shrine easily. that is- if you're granted permission through a barrier. bakugou was picky about who is and isn't allowed in his territory, but the only people he can't stop from entering are those with spiritual power or those who overpower him. imagine his annoyance when the shrine sprite who was more apart of the shrine than himself, announced that they had received word of a priestess-in-training who would soon be temporarily in their care. --------------------- genre: kitsune/fox spirit!bakugou, priestess!reader, yes quirks do still exist in this au (y/n has a set quirk that is mentioned!), obvious mentions of religious themes (no actual religion used- just mentions/appearances of shrines, priestess duties, prayers, etc. nothing too drastic) may be considered a slow burn- but it's a series so what do you expect lol

[SHORT STORY] "Please princess, please set me free."

"But....if I stay, what do I do..?" "Live" Living in a war thorn country is never easy, but this war has been going on for 15 years and the citizens reap the consequences. The kingdom of Alynthi is made up of the large and lavish capitol , farm lands, forests and small villages and towns scattered throughout the land. Y/n l/n , a morally gray , smart mouthed girl, is living in one of those poverty and famine stricken villages, infamously known as the "black bunny" a bounty Hunter/assassin for hire. But much darker truths lay just beneath the surface struggling to get out. At the request of the king and a huge pay check hanging on the balance , y/n ventures across the border and infiltrates enemy barracks posing as a recruit to gather information. What happens when she comes face to face with the young and arrogant king of their rival kingdom , furthermore being dragged into a spinning web of deception and falling deeper down the rabbit hole. Oh and there's only one thing the Neighbouring kingdoms of Alynthi and Ravaryn hate more then each other and that is mythics. Which includes everything from faeries to vampires , they are deemed too "dangerous" and "unnatural". While quirks are perfectly acceptable.
