WARNING - I will be honest, Hanahaki is a very gruesome disease so I will be writing about a lot of detailed graphical stuff. I won't show any pictures but if you are triggered by blood or intense suffering, I advise you to leave. There is also a possibility I will talk about sensitive topics such as abusive families (Nothing 18+ though) and self hate/harm further into the book so if that also triggers you, I advise that you also leave.
