After the failed attempt of kidnapping Katsuki Bakugou, Toga Himiko is captured as the rest of the League is able to escape. She is told she must either join UA High School as a means of rehabilitating her in the hopes she will join the Hero's, or be thrown in jail. Toga has always wanted to try a normal high school life... Besides, she can be of much better use to the League within the walls of UA... Or so she thought, but will the promise of true friendship prove to be a greater bond than the only family she has ever known? Angsty with many a twist and a love web, "What it Means to be a Normal Girl" showcases Toga Himiko as the young teen girl we all seem to forget that she still is.

Bakugou Katsuki, a student in class 1A, UA highschool, has fallen hard. Fallen hard for a villain, that is.. "I don't like a fucking villain! God damnit, stop filling my mind with that dumb smile!"
