Roanapur fell to a US Raid meant to seize and stop all weapon shipments through the city and into the Middle East. Amidst those that died were Hotel Moscow and their leader, Balalaika. Though all is not as it seems. Revived and tasked with a new Mission, Hotel Moscow's finest soldiers now have to contend with a new War, new enemies and a strange new world.

It all begins after Garcia, Fabiola and the American soldiers set foot into the jungle where they believed Roberta was, during the Roberta's Blood Trail arc of the story. After his actual fail of saving someone Rock realises who he truly wants to save and this one is none other than his partner, Revy.
