After years of Violent and daring adventure, countless battle and wars waged, and journeys into the darkest of worlds, Alvarinus has returned to Baldurs Gate, the weight and Echos of the past having crushed out the once gleaming Paladin of Lathander. Having witnessed the best and worst of the Material plane, the worst of Humanity and the Darkness within, Alvarinus has been left a Former shell off the knight in shining armor that he once was. But not even surviving the mists of the Shadowfell are enough to stave off the chaos of Faerûn, because when a Mindflayer ship breaks through the sky and into the City, Alvarinus is abducted in the chaos and imbued with one of the worst scourges in all of existence: A Mindflayer Parasite. Now, the High Elf Paladin of Vengeance must ally himself with several reminders of a dark past, and forge new bonds that may aid the survival of himself and several others. He survived the wrath of the Dragon Scourge, he led armies against the rise of Giants. And yet Alvarinus has unfinished Business in the city of Baldurs Gate, and the looming confrontation may be what does him in.

Vex is a half elf Baldurian born rogue at Baldur's gate. She among with many others was swept up and held captive by a mysterious Nautiloid ship. She was infused with an illithid tadpole which can transform anyone into a mind flayer, a person's most feared and worst nightmare. With the clock ticking, Vex and her companions, who have tadpoles inside of them as well, must find a way to get rid of them before it's too late.

Baldur's Gate 3 fanfiction/Non-Druge/SPOILERS AHEAD . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Majin Buu was among the handful of people captured and infected with an illithid parasite from Baldur's Gate. As a monk, she was free of vices and worked tirelessly at the Open Hand Temple to provided for her last remaining family member. She felt like an alien among her own comrades from the Nautiloid crash, slowly traversing their stories and challenges as she struggled to find her place among them. Majin sought comfort in Astarion as he manipulated her kindness for his own gain, but as they adventured together for a cure for the parasite that plauged them, he fell for her unending patience and willingness to decipher the poem carved into his back by his master. These short scenes are the in between moments of the game or the epilogue.

i write for whatever fandom i'm hyperfixated on, and these are all super self indulgent. Writing has greatly improved from when I started this. Feel free to request I can do most people I write mostly on tumblr and transfer them over to here, but tumblr will always see it first.
