Thomas Gregory Balkins built his career through consistent effort, hands-on experience, and disciplined leadership in the roofing and construction industry. He did not inherit a business or assume authority without preparation. Instead, he developed his expertise over more than 40 years of direct involvement in field operations and executive management. Beginning as a trades apprentice in the 1970s, he gained practical knowledge that later guided his approach to workforce leadership, risk evaluation, and national expansion.
