This is a Historical Romance-themed story filled with Romance and Drama for you to read. It is a story about a young girl named Elise dancing with 1 boy each night, and if she is uninterested, she can send the boy home and never come back to the palace. If she is interested in someone, she may pick them to be her partner. Fun fact : Elise's name was named after "Fur Elise", a popular piano piece played by Beethoven, her parents loved the piece.

Leah McIntosh was once USA's best Teen Female Ballroom Dancer. That was up until she had a haunting injury that needed surgery, pushing dance away from her for months. When she was well enough to dance again, her family decided to pack up and move to Miami, Florida, where she then enrolls at Dance Etc., one of the best ballroom dancing studios in all of the USA. She is partnered with the owner's son- a talented and very cute sixteen year old- and finds herself developing feelings she can't deny. Things were just about to get interesting when she was reinjured. When she returns a few weeks later, she has a new dance partner, and her former is with someone else... Her best friend. Crazy drama makes its' way into Leah's life, and suddenly, she's doing everything she can to just carry on.

Right there in the title. I really wanted to do this just so I could use some of my favorite songs in a fanfic. I was bored and it's a really lame excuse. I also just wanted a ballroom dance AU.

Slightly surreal, and not lacking in description. Works as a short story, but I might continue it at a later time. May appeal to artists, musicians, and romantics.

As I walk into the school, I see her. I run down, and greet her with a hug. "How are you, Brit?" "I am great! I am so excited for this year." "Hey, Brit! Hey, Beth!" We hear a guy's voice, and we instantly know who it is as we turn to face him. "How are you, James!" we respond. "Are you guys excited for this year? It should be fun, if my older brother was right." James says. "I sure am. I can't wait to start the dance program. I heard it's great." I say, and both of them roll their eyes and laugh. As the lights go down in the auditorium,  everyone quiets down waiting for the first speaker at the welcoming assembly. I catch eyes with a stranger. He is tall, with dark, chestnut hair, and a nice body. He looks away as he realizes he is staring. I can tell he is blushing.
