Hundreds of children from Balogna, Italy work in a Dumpsite to continue living. In return, at the age of 13, you'd had to start working -- collecting rubbish for the rest of your days. But, if you're just fortunate enough, you may leave sooner if you get your life together.
Angela has been picking, piling, sorting rubbish, trash ever since the age of 13, alongside her friends -- Stefano and Marco. But there's one secret she's forbidden herself from spreading:
She likes Marco -- who is a kind, funny and charming boy whom is the same age as her.
One day whilst sorting through the crusty, musty, dusty trash. Marco & Stefano unveil a "the tables have turned" card. There lives have now officially changed from spending their hours, minutes and time into trash -- they have to go through "parenthood". Hey, nobody ever said it was going to be very easy, didn't they?
