I think if poker has taught humanity how to build a strategy from the cards we've been given. Then is it totally impossible to learn from it how to turn a bad hand into a royal flush. Izuku midoriya is a kid down on his luck, from being diagnosed quirkless, losing his best friend, his notebooks being damaged time and time again. He doesn't reach his breaking point, he doesn't feel the tension in the back of his mind. He's just a quirkless kid with no hopes or issues. Inko isn't very helpful, crying here and there, clearly tired of all these issues. ... He goes out one day, to the mall, or a street, anywhere with a hero fight, writing down numbly in his journal, eyes focused on the hero, evaluating their stats like some video game. He barely notices when he's being dragged away, no one noticing his disappearance. Yes, another mha fic. This one experimenting with my own little idea after seeing some plots of other stories, yes, by penguin, and yes, I'll be using to somewhat influence my ao3.

"I want fresh, human blood," He snarled. Eijirou shook his head somewhat sadly. "You know that's impossible. Remember the last time we tried that?" He huffed. "I doubt Mr. Aizawa would appreciate us objectifying our food," Shouto replied, deadpan. "And I'm not sharing with him." Katsuki rolled his eyes. "I said straight, didn't I?" Izuku Midoriya had his dreams crushed by All Might at the beginning of high school. That is until one day he is unconsciously guided into the door of what appears to be a regular old wooden building. Hiw will izuku midoriya react once he finds out he has magic in him. Magic that he can controll and bend to his will. This is a self indulgent University au. I really wanted to read something like this and I couldn't find it. I decided to write it instead.

The title is totally intentional. Izuku, age 15, was a villain. When it came down to it, he was definitely not a villain you'd like to come across in battle. Despite the inevitable, at the moment, he wasn't your average villain. He worked behind the bar at the league of villains hang out spot.

Taking notes of fighting styles, Quirk strengths, Quirk limitations. Memorizing hero catchphrases, buying collector's items; covering his walls in pictures and drawings of villains and heroes, A-listers and C-listers alike. Of course, if one looked at this behavior on the surface, it seemed completely normal. Never had Izuku let his fanboying get in the way of school work or his social life (not that he had one). No-one thought to even suspect him in the slightest when heroes started to go missing, only to be found, dead, with some body part or another missing. No-one noticed Izuku's instability and unhealthy addiction to all things with super powers. At least, not at first. ||Based on a messed up one-shot I made a while ago.
