He also looks like him in certain aspects. I always thought Toge Inumakis power was very cool and creative. And since im impulsive and not very creative this story was birthed. Have fun reading this I guess and feel free to point out mistakes or make suggestions, if you allow me to I might use them and tag you.

Izuku Midoriya is plucked from his time and ends up 300 years in the distant past. The year 2021, to be exact. The sixteen year old quickly adapts to this era of the past, and is taken in and trained by the British secret service. He becomes a 00 at 18, the youngest in history, and quickly makes the codename 007 legendary in the spy world. Entire organizations have set their weapons down and surrendered at the mere mention of his name. Barely a year after becoming the top operative of his department he disappears back to his own time, back to his own age, but with every skill learnt still intact. It's Midoriya. Izuku Midoriya. And he's got a licence to kill.

Izuku Midoriya has always been snarky, doubly so when he was adopted by Shouta Aizawa and Yamada Hizashi. Unfortunately, Izuku is a little shit to vigilantes when he joins his dad's patrols. Running into Eraserhead was known as best case scenario when encountering heroes. The worst case scenario was running into his son, Izuku Midoriya.

Izuku's life seemed to be one of despair. He was diagnosed as Quirkless, mercilessly bullied by his peers and lost his mother to drug addiction. But what happens to the boy when a mysterious man who has a connection to his mother takes him in?

Izuku had always had minor problems while working with his quirk, from his bones breaking to the seemingly ever-expanding secrets he was always discovering, but he's never had any issues with it actually working before. So when his quirk begins to falter, he can't help but freak out, and the dreams he begins having don't exactly help quell that fear. Just what was happening? Or; One For All begins to act finicky and Izuku's dreams fill with disturbing images of someone who he just can't remember. Things begin to make a little more sense, however, after Izuku wakes up in the Paranormal Liberation Front's hideout. Izuku Midoriya had a weak quirk. In reality, his quirk was actually perfect for Heroics, but his parents preferred his sister's incredibly powerful Telekinesis quirk. Toshinori and Inko Yagi paid less and less attention to their son who's quirk wasn't as powerful or heroic as his sister's.
