Author's Note: So..I watched Banana Fish. And...in response to the tears that I have shed, I shall make comfort story, so enjoy comfort! Ash had to lay low after the magical "disappearance" of Dino Golzine. He has to make sure that nobody is linking the whole issue back to him. But he knows that he barely has enough time to go to Eiji as he should be leaving for Japan any time soon. It's either Ash goes with him or he stays, but by god he refuses for him to leave his side, not now at least.

After the attempted murder on Ash, he fortunately survived and was discharged. Ash made the hard decision to continue living his life apart from Eiji, as he felt as if he was a burden in Eiji's life and caused him to almost be killed. Years later, news spread to Ash that a sample of banana fish hadn't been destroyed and was in the hands of a scientist who was planning to use this drug for unknown purposes. Ash knew that he needed to find that scientist before he had the opportunity to use that drug and harm anyone else. The scientist had been hiding in Japan, so Ash and his fellow gang members flew to Japan, however Ash met someone he never expected to meet again.... will this reunion make or break Ash?

If you dont want to cry, dont read this and some of you dont rlly think this is sad but just enjoy! You sacrifice yourself to save ash and you stayed undercover for almost the whole time to save ash even though he's broken because you left him but you know its for the best. Plus eiji doesnt exist in this ff bcuz i cant let (Y/N) take Ash righttt. Wonder if (Y/N) is alive? Read until its finish ;)

Recently I have watched Banana fish.I really loved it but it also made me cry so much 😭.I really wanted to do another ending because I really can't accept Ash's death no,not until he lives with Eiji happy^^.Anyways hope you enjoy reading it.

Eiji can't believe Ash is dead. He's spent two years trying to come to terms with it, but it still feels like a fresh wound. Looking for closure and answers to *why* Ash had to die, Eiji returns to New York City. He sets out to write a book about Ash's life, and the societal injustices that drove such a kind person to such a dark road. On the way he interviews people Ash knew and tries to weave their stories together as he learns more about the boy who stole his heart. Nothing sexual, lots of sadness and fluff, basically I just wanted an excuse to write both post-Banana Fish angst and pre-Banana Fish backstory. Also Bones is trans because I said so.

Eiji was traveling to America and was an abruptly kidnapped. ash seems to witness the event, and felt connected to Eiji in someway. He decides to rescue him, and from there on their love seems to bloom. Please don't copy my story🫶🏻

So it's a nice library AU where Eiji is a sweet librarian and when he gets the chance makes conversation with ash. As they become great friends they become aware of their feelings and are trying to plan how to confess. Please let me know if I should continue!
