2 year old, Stiles Stilinski, has always wanted a younger sibling. Someone he can take care of. He always drew pictures of the Stilinski family and always added a baby to the family drawings. His parents, John and Claudia Stilinski, thought that this was adorable and they felt happy that their son wanted a sibling. So one day they decided to adopt a baby, instead of having another child mostly because they were worried about Claudia's health. At the same time in New Orleans, Hayley Marshall was giving birth to Twins, Hope and (y/n) Mikaelson. Klaus and Hayley smiles as they both held their new born baby girls. Hayley was sad to admit but they needed to send one away for their safety. Klaus agreed saying it should be (y/n) because she was the second born and will be in less danger. Everyone agreed. While Hope went with Rebecca, (y/n) was sent away to a hospital in an unknown location, it just so happened to be in Beacon Hills. The Mikaelsons didn't realise but by giving away their youngest in a small town would not be as safe as they once thought.
