This story takes place right after the sins defeat Hendrickson. And describes what would have happened if Ban took the "goddess's" advice and decided to kill Meliodas in order to resurrect Elaine. If neither of the options is chosen or made, the victim's lungs will fill up with flowers and eventually suffocate them. Killing them.
