Notes: So i was gonna attempt to do a Villian Fic, but I got this idea instead. Also if the characters seem ooc, its cause how I head canon them, and for this fic im basing them off of me and my best friend. Some backstory: They are in the 3rd year. Bakugou and Todoroki are actual friends. Bakugou takes Todoroki places. Rei is still in a mental hospital. Bakugou simps for Todoroki, and Todoroki knows this. Bakugou is a hopeless romantic. They both love Anime and Manga. And a whole bunch of other stuff that I can't think of! But basically me and my friendo.
