Akakios, or Aka, is of noble birth. Sheltered and raised in a plaice filled with servants waiting for his next request. After Aka's ever so pristine life is brought to end when his families home is invaded and he is captured. He then find himself in a slave village where he is forced to do hard labor, something he's never known. This is where he meets Kadir, or better know as Kadir the Leveler of the Land. It didn't matter who you were or what you wanted. If you were in his way you moved or he moved you. An unstoppable force with a barbarian army behind him. This is also where our start begins.

Spoilers Ahead! Inspired by how you can choose any quest in campaign mode, this is a story about a barbarian named Cody, and his witchdoctor brother, Twitchy. In this story, they can reset their journey to stop Diablo, but at a cost. The forces of Heaven and Hell grow stronger each time. Their goal, to stop Leah's mother from turning Leah into the prime evil and save Deckard Cain.
