Her biggest fear is how using drugs is hurting her little sister, Gia. Jules struggles to find happiness away from the life she desperately wanted to leave. Meanwhile, the secrets of the Jacobs' family starts to come to life.

Vinnie is a single dad, works in a auto body shop. Never had any help with his precious princess, he set a mindset that he will be the only one that August will ever love and ever need. His only priority is his daughter, he doesn't want anyone else but his little girl. Solana is a lost girl in this big city, freshly turned 22, not much experience in adulthood, but has to find her way around this life she chose to live in. The kindest soul you'll meet, she's like a walking sun, will patch the hole with light, the one you didn't know was full of darkness. Solana works in a children's library. Loved the idea of having her own kids but, she's slowly loosing hope, she feels that no one will want to have that life with her. ** not a slowburn** like at all tbh
