Briar Rose, other wise known as Barby, is a girl with many responsibilities. With having to take care of her little brother, Storm, finish her last year of home schooling, and figuring out how she's going to make it to college, her life isn't getting any easier. All it takes is one chance encounter to turn her life around. When son of a self proclaimed music producer, Chance Likens, hears Barby sing for the first time he feels like he's finally found someone his father will stick with. The problem? They can't stand each other. The music industry can be exhausting. It's a place where you need friends and a strong moral. Will Barby succeed for herself and her brother?
