Bare Stories

This story is about a girl named Olivia who attempts running away one night but surrenders and goes back home. But instead of embracing her dad when she gets home, she finds her house burnt down. She is then accused of killing her father in the fire. She is now on the run, homeless. She then meets people who bring trouble, redemption and in the end Olivia has a choice to leave, stay or tell her family after all of this---"it's me again."

The second song I've ever written. It speaks on the vulnerability I felt in a relationship and how that was taken for granted. It also touches on the fact that love is so powerful. More powerful than hate, for sure. If you hate someone, you can at least see them for who they are. However, if you love them, you can be blind to their flaws by the love you have for them.

Here is the truth written in fantasy, and by that it's really secrets of mine, and maybe people's I'm not supposed to know, written between the lines. So really this whole thing is about "Hiding In the Rain" as I put it. "Hide with me, You already do."

Peter is a boy who's parents are divorced. His dad suspected he was gay because he asked for an easy bake oven. His mother would find him at her makeup table. Peter always thought she knew his attraction to boys but just didn't want to believe it. Jason was raised catholic with his younger sister Nadia. His father loves his kids but never has time. He is also very strict and if he found out Jason also had an attraction to boys, Jason would be out of the house. It is no secret that Jason gets more attention than Nadia. Thing thing that connects these two boys is a room and the romantic pull that brings them close together. But would Senior year make them last? Will Peter want to show the school his love while Jason would rather keep their secret under the sheets? Will fights break out? Will someone new (Ivy) come in?
