Martyn's gun was out in an instant, the barrel pointed at the cloaked strangers head. "I suggest you put your weapons down and cooperate or you'll be losing another one of your friends!" The hooded figures voice boomed over the faction isles, but Martyn barely heard it. Red cloaked his vision, his eyes filled with rage where they fixated on the small trickle of blood that started to run down Scott's neck. He struggled against their hold, causing the blade to push deeper into the open wound. When Martyn gets his hands on them they'll wish they never step foot onto this island. ~Mean Sails my beloveds

There are monsters inside of all of us. Some are more grotesque than others. I see them everyday. I remember when my father used to use the expression "hell on earth" to emphasize how bad things really were. Who knew that it would become reality? Things i've written in the throws of grief. Chronicling the things i'm feeling and the ways i'm healing from this loss because i never want to forget any part of the way this has impacted me. Lost someone i loved December 2022, someone who was my best friend for years. We parted ways when we went down different paths. I never stopped loving her. I have thought about her constantly since we parted. Addiction sucks, and it's a disease that is incredibly difficult to fight. She was struggling through sobriety for 3 years. If you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, PLEASE seek help from a licensed professional or call your local hotline. She and i could not be close anymore if i wanted to fix my own life, and it breaks my heart everyday that I was able to leave that life behind me but that it meant leaving her there.

Yet another typical story, I must say. But your presence is very much appreciated and relevant, even if heavy and unbearable thoughts linger in your mind.
