I myself am a tenor saxophone player in my high school's marching band. I have actually used most of these on other people. Some do work better than others, but that might be just because I'm a girl.

A story of a high school freshman having his first experiences at a new school focused around his band class.

The Zodiacs are finally all in high school, and they just happen to be huge band geeks. With tons of competition, stupid drama, and loads of fun, the Zodiacs are in for a long ride. Not to mention that it all starts with one thing: band camp!

Megan had recently been rejected by her past crushes, Skylar and Anna. month after the rejections Megan starts liking somebody else, Sara. Sara is a baritone player in Skylar's band class and also was in Megan's science class. Megan and Sara happened to sit right next to each other, so they were building up a possible friendship. During a truth or dare game on the bus, Megan accidentally reveals to Skylar that she likes Sara. Skylar took this as a way to show Megan lesbians weren't acceptable in their middle school. Will Megan's mistake change how her and Sara see each other? Is Megan receiving a third rejection? Will Skylar's anti-lesbian plan work? And will Sara like Megan back...?
