A selection is to be made by the young prince of Dylenia (dil-ane-ee-uh). He must choose his future queen. Prince Elias has never been one for love, he'd rather be jousting in the court with his best-friend Lord Maxwell, or baking in the royal kitchen with Chef Baylen. He wasn't supposed to like these things, he was the soon to be king for grums sake! He had important duties to fulfill! But he still laughed at the word duty to be honest! Elias's mom wouldn't leave him alone about marriage though. As Queen Anila, his mom, says "Its only proper for him to be married before his 20th year of age!". (Elias is 19 which means The Selection needs to be in order extremely soon because a selection can take up to a range of 2-9 months.) His mom was very passionate about love. Queen Alina loved Elias's father, King Groment, very much. She loves Elias very much too of course.
