Zemo meets a mysterious stranger who claims to have the ability to travel through time. Skeptical and full of cynicism, Zemo turns the person away thinking that it's just a cheap ploy to con him. As Zemo struggles with the culture shock of the late 30s and early 40s in Brooklyn, New York, a familiar face crosses his path and changes everything he thought he knew about the soldier who would be in Hydra's grasp in just a few short years.
