Hoje, enquanto eu almoçava vi na TV uma notícia de que tinha acabado de acontecer um acidente aéreo na Barra da Tijuca. Um helicóptero estava a camimho da Região dos Lagos, de Cabo Frio, com quatro passageiros a bordo e caiu a 200 metros da costa do Posto 4. Imediatamente, foi confirmada a morte do piloto, Murilo Cesar de Castro Ribeiro, de 57 casos. Os outros passageiros tiveram apenas ferimentos leves e foram encaminhados para o hospital Lourenço Jorge, também na Barra. O helicóptero foi levado pela correnteza até o Posto 5 e lá começou a afundar. Os socorristas que ajudaram no resgate das vítimas afirmaram que Murilo teve uma lesão forte na coluna e se afogou, porém a causa de sua morte não foi divulgada. Infelizmente esse tipo de acidente tem que se tornado cada vez mais comum. Os responsáveis pela manutenção destes equipamentos devem ficar atentos para evitar entrada na aeronave caso as condições não estejam favoráveis para o vôo, como é o caso que ocorreu hoje pela manha.
