Things change when Captain David Singh brings his goddaughter to Central City from Bludhaven State Penitentiary so that she can live a "normal" life free from her mother: May Benett with her kids and family that loves her.

Her mother had told her many stories about her father and how she met him in Central City. After her mother died, Yarrow decided to find her father.
