Heartbroken and upset she sets out to get her own time machine to find him. Together they fight against time and try to fix the future before time runs out.

ok so this is my first EVER time writing any kind of story, and I also don't know how to spell, so bare with me. Hi I'm Y/N Allen (Bart Allen for those who don't wanna use their name) I come from the 31st century. I came back in time to the 21st century to see my Grandpa Barry Allen the flash and the age of superheroes. Unluckily for me my time machine broke and now I'm stuck in the past. With the help of my Grandpa and his buddies at Star Labs help become the superhero Impulse and this is my story.

(Can't think of better title. Sorry!) Collection of Angst/Hurt&Comfort Young Justice One/Two-shots. 1.) As Bart Allen pumped his legs down hall after hall, into room after room without success, tearing through so many labs he lost count, he kept repeating one thought, a single desperate prayer, over and over, until it was a mantra, running constantly through his very being. All consuming, because he can't bear for it not to be true. He can't be too late. 2.) "...I'm going to need you to repeat that. Slowly, cus I could have sworn you said..." As much as it killed me...I had to tell Bart. He was pale and shaky and I knew I didn't have to repeat myself. Good. I didn't want to. I wanted to slap the Reach out of my friend and just pull him close and beat the ever-loving crap out of the Reach-controlled beetle that took advantage of Jaime's desperation to achieve their goal of getting a new puppet. But most of all...I want to hug that horrid look off poor Bart's face. Please enjoy!

So, this is my first official Flash fan-fiction. Okay, well technically that's not true because I did write some stories several years back during the show's first few seasons but trust me, no one wants to see those. Lol. Anyways, this series is probably going to consist of a bunch of different stories themed to various characters from the television series ranging from the West-Allen family to our favorite villains and honestly, just everything in between! They'll probably bring you on an emotional roller coaster of all the feels, though I typically stick to family-oriented/chosen family-oriented (most specifically, the four West-Allens because they are so sweet together!) stories that are sweet or sad because those are the moments I connect to the most. Riley, Bart, Jamie, and Jon are sick and tired of living in their parent and sibling's shadows. Riley wants to break free from the Robin chain, Bart doesn't want to be another one of the Flashes, Jamie doesn't want to just be Blue Beetle, and Jon is upset because Kara, Connor, and Clark are telling him to stay put. These kids are tired of being put on the sidelines and they'll prove that they can be more than the shadow of whoever came before them.
