Olive Brown, Recently turned 19 and graduated. Just found out she has a sister all the way in NYC. Her desire for finding her sister takes over and this desire takes her to NYC. She obviously needs a place to stay, and she ended up staying in a house with 3 other people: Iris, her recent school friend, Iris's brother, Sebastian. And Sebastian's irritating golden retriever of a friend, Asher Vane. Asher Vane, Standing at a height of 6'1, with facial features you can't help but feel like they were handpicked by God himself to construct a man like him, His brown eyes and dimples are bound to ruin Olive. But Olive doesn't give up easily, She's in NYC for one thing and one thing only. Nobody can distract her, Not even a strange dimpled man that she wishes to strangle. Or so she thought.

Mature; though still rather tame, implied domestic violence, connections and metaphors for supernatural/spiritual/evil/demonic phenomena, open to interpretation as I believe there are multiple ways of experiencing this story. This is a short story based off a real experience in my life. It has been heavily dramatized, of course, for the sake of entertainment and storytelling. It is also worth noting that this is just a rough draft. I'm not sure if I'll ever actually expand it into an actual novel, as I could just leave it as a short story that I can add to my collection with the others. However I decide, at the very least, I need to revise and continue to work on this piece until I get it exactly where I want it to be.
