After something goes wrong between Agatha and Simon on their 7th year holiday break, Snow finds himself at the home of his worst enemy searching for help. The strangest thing- Baz is willing to assist.

So I've been seeing a lot of au remakes of the chapter before 61 that end sadly and I just needed something to make me feel better about it, so I wrote this on a whim.

In the aftermath of the events in Carry On, Simon Snow must learn to live without magick. With help from his roommates Penelope Bunce and Baz Pitch, he must navigate this new life, and the responsibilities that come with it; his inheritance of the headmaster position at Watford Academy, and the protection of his loved ones, all without magick. All of this to juggle, along with the appearance of a new, dangerous threat to the world of mages.

These are just random drabbles, I do not rightfully own any of the characters I use.

For all Simon Snow fans that want a little bit extra before we get that third book. I hope that you like what my way of settling it, even if it's not as good as Rainbow's. If you had broken every single rule and put your whole way of life at risk, you'd be forced to follow the rules now too.
