I've never felt so alone and lost after Maris death Sunny locked himself in his house Aubrey distance herself from everyone and got new friends Hero was a ticking time bomb till he finally healed a bit but that was a week before he went to college and kel got all caught up with basketball and trying to check on sunny. Kel did visit from time to time but still I just felt it was out of pity. I had trouble eating, sleeping, just doing everything I kept shaking and I always had this lump in my throat I wanted it to stop I wanted to kill myself but i always got interrupted and I didn't want to leave my grandma her condition was getting worse so i stayed for her. 4 years later sunny came out of his house I really didn't want to see him I knew I would just start cry but just to my lock I managed to run into him and kel. - Basil

Basil has a "little" crush on a certain boy from his neighborhood! Once he sees him with aubrey, basil wants this boy all to himself, no matter the cost.

cactiflower!! after sunny's death it was back to school with the group and basil was as bad as ever, everyone was aubrey stuck with basil even if he pushed her away sometimes but kel tried to focus on fitting in when he overhears his new friends picking on basil he stands up to them but they ask who's side is he on and he crumbles and let them continue on.
