Recently his best friend, Sunny, fell in love with him, deeply, and was one of the biggest feelings he ever felt in his entire life, but whenever Basil is gone, the feelings go away. He could not bare to lose the thought of him with a special feeling. Three years after coming clean with the truth, Sunny and Basil are in college. The two share a dorm and both are adults now- Sunny works part-time at a Hardware store and Basil works at the same store just in the gardening section. The two have feelings sparking between them, but they have been friends for almost 10 years, could their feelings ruin a friendship?

Basil bad ending and memory loss AU. After Basil commits suicide, Sunny has to move away from Faraway, leaving everything behind to start a new life. Basil's death took a massive toll on Sunny's life as he was not able to let go. After many years Sunny finally learned to live with the fact that Basil was not coming back, until something unexpected happened.

Sunny had moved away after he got better of course the only friend he had left was Basil, well Basil and him were always off since Mari swung so the friendship was breaking apart. Nobody forgave him or Basil not even Kel. Sunny was in his new school in a different town when he ran into none other than Basil. "sorry sunny... I uh didn't know you moved here haha.." Basil let out an awkward forced laugh playing with the pants sides. "...." sunny didn't say anything as usual.

Sunny and Basil's friendship continues to bloom despite the years of trauma that they endured together, but unexpected feelings could soon come between them. // 12+?? it's not sexual cuz they're CHILDREN but if you know what omori is, then you'd know it has some mature themes! SUNNY, after telling his friends the truth, receives exactly the opposite of what he thought would happen. he expected to be shunned, to be pushed away, and to only have basil as his true company. but.. everyone seemed to forgive him, none of them wanted to tell anyone else though.. but still, they stayed by him. and though some didn't show that they forgave him (*cough* AUBREY *cough*) they all still stayed in contact, even as SUNNY moved. this story however, isn't really about that, it's about basil coming to visit sunny for a month in his new home. even though sunny came back to his town to visit frequently, and to check on his friends, (especially basil) basil still missed him, and so, in the summer after the hospital, BASIL decides to ask POLLYto drop him off for a month or so. this story is basically just my headcanon, because i love SUNFLOWER (BASIL x SUNNY). so i wanted to write this because i am a simping bitch for anything OMORI like right now. so im writing this story, and though it may not be good; (first attempt at writing) i hope you like it. also, i got sick of reading these poorly made BASIL x SUNNY fanfics, so i decided why not make one myself?
