Sunny had moved away after he got better of course the only friend he had left was Basil, well Basil and him were always off since Mari swung so the friendship was breaking apart. Nobody forgave him or Basil not even Kel. Sunny was in his new school in a different town when he ran into none other than Basil. "sorry sunny... I uh didn't know you moved here haha.." It has been 3 years since SUNNY moved out and told his friends THE TRUTH. KEL was the first one to forgive SUNNY and BASIL. AUBREY and HERO were extremely disappointed and angry at SUNNY and BASIL. But not long after, HERO forgave SUNNY and BASIL. But AUBREY..? Well, it took her awhile to forgive SUNNY and BASIL. But she forgave them after. BASIL felt quite lonely and depressed after SUNNY moved out. After some months, BASIL got admitted to a college to study. BUT, the college was long and far from the FARAWAY TOWN. So, BASIL had to move towns and then he payed to stay in a hotel dorm like thing in the college. Then he met many new ppl and... **someone very special..**. This story is the POV (part of view)/perspective of BASIL. But also the other characters

Sunny will never forget Basil's smile. Two years after moving away, Sunny has saved up enough money from his part time job to visit his childhood town during the summer. Having realized that Basil may be more than just his friend, he resolves to help Basil through their shared trauma and to unravel the feelings they have for each other. But when he learns that some scars may be too deep to heal, Sunny must confront a new Something that has Basil trapped inside its dark web. It'll be worth it just to see Basil's smile again.

SUNNY, after telling his friends the truth, receives exactly the opposite of what he thought would happen. he expected to be shunned, to be pushed away, and to only have basil as his true company. but.. everyone seemed to forgive him, none of them wanted to tell anyone else though.. but still, they stayed by him. and though some didn't show that they forgave him (*cough* AUBREY *cough*) they all still stayed in contact, even as SUNNY moved. this story however, isn't really about that, it's about basil coming to visit sunny for a month in his new home. even though sunny came back to his town to visit frequently, and to check on his friends, (especially basil) basil still missed him, and so, in the summer after the hospital, BASIL decides to ask POLLYto drop him off for a month or so. this story is basically just my headcanon, because i love SUNFLOWER (BASIL x SUNNY). so i wanted to write this because i am a simping bitch for anything OMORI like right now. so im writing this story, and though it may not be good; (first attempt at writing) i hope you like it. also, i got sick of reading these poorly made BASIL x SUNNY fanfics, so i decided why not make one myself?
