Sunny x Basil Fanfiction, switches character POV. As the dawn breaks, a new beginning sets in for Sunny and Basil. Sunny stays in Faraway Town, challenged with integrating back into society and facing his mental health. Basil is determined to help Sunny, but often finds himself in need of help as well, to deal with loneliness, anxiety, and trauma. Basil tries his best to keep a brave face, although he is struggling. Sunny always recognizes Basil's struggles first, and lends an ear. The two of them lift each other through their shared trauma. Sunny discovers that his crush on his friend Aubrey was actually a mask for his romantic feelings for Basil. Basil has had romantic feelings towards Sunny for a couple years, and has been in denial about it. Until now. Disclaimer: I own none of these characters. All characters belong to OMOCAT in the RPG horror game OMORI. Sunny had moved away after he got better of course the only friend he had left was Basil, well Basil and him were always off since Mari swung so the friendship was breaking apart. Nobody forgave him or Basil not even Kel. Sunny was in his new school in a different town when he ran into none other than Basil. "sorry sunny... I uh didn't know you moved here haha.." Basil let out an awkward forced laugh playing with the pants sides. "...." sunny didn't say anything as usual.

I should have just stayed at home. The ringing in my ears wouldn't subside. My hands' shakiness wouldn't stop. Worst of all, Basil, the friend who was having me over to his house, wouldn't let me go. Sunny waits for Basil to wake up inside the hospital after all his friends have left, his heart full of unresolved feelings for the boy who held his hand during his darkest moment and promised him that everything is going to be okay. Then he receives a call from his mom. She's taking Basil to live with her at their new home in the city. Sunny isn't sure how to feel about his best friend coming to live with him, but maybe it's better than being alone again.

Sense there's a yandere basil out there why not a yandere omori/sunny so basically people who would try to get with basil are from the game but also made up ones cuz why not? will there be a happy ending who the fuck knows? not me seriously idk
