24-year-old Katie never expected to be able to see Dan Smith live. Ever. But when she finally gets the chance, she buys tickets to see him on Ellen. But something unexpected happens: he makes eye-contact... and later stops her on her way out. He wants her to come to his gig. He'll even get her seats! This is a coming-of-age story where Dan and his wife are forced to grow up quicker than other people their age, which already sucks. To make matters worse, they also have to confront and deal with many difficult challenges that life throws at them... After all, life was never meant to be simple.

Dan Smith finds himself in a predicament when he figures out he has a case of vertigo, a whirling and dizzying sensation, due to acrophobia, the fear of heights, when he is hanging off the side of a building and his friend's life is in danger. Dan's case of vertigo cripples him in dire situations especially when it comes down to the life or death of his soulmate. (cover art: @malgneto)

Dan is playing a superhero for a new movie. It might come to a shock to the system for old Bastille fans, but he's genuinely happy acting instead of singing. Everyone wishes him well...except for the ones who don't. They're people who think the worst of him because of a past tragedy. After all, the man with many talents, is very familiar with heroes and villains in his own life. This superhero flick called 'Illusion' suits Dan better than his characters suit!

A drunken night out with friends leads to a very complicated problem for Ally.

It was 4am I was stuck at a abandoned old bus stop, I went to go and visit my family but they have abandoned me they don't want to know me anymore! story of my life, how am I going to get back home? I could call someone but who no one cares about me! I could call Dan but he will just get annoyed, what am I going to do....

Dan, the lead singer of Bastille, falls in love with Hannah, a widowed mother of two children. Just as life couldn't be any better for him, fate intervenes and he is forced to raise the children alone and heartbroken. But it's not just the children that have to grow and learn. Some readers may find this story upsetting.

Dan escapes from his girlfriend and her abusive ways. He doesn't want to rush into any more relationships soon, but when he finds himself in the presence of Sarah, who works at a cafe in town, he instantly falls in love. Read on to discover more about there relationship and the traumatic events that occur...
