One night, Jake Smith wakes up to find he has bat wings. He quickly finds himself in the world of magic, caught between two worlds, and two organizations. One led by his own father, Von, and another, led by the spies and their mysterious leader. Jake grew up learning from his mother that his father was a mean alcoholic, yet Joann tells Jake that Von is a kind, loving man, while Hatu tells him that he is a terrible tyrant. Confused, Jake begins his journey to figure out who is right and which organization he should join.

The sky can fall. The storm can blow. The wind can rise. The ground can break. But we'll always be together, no matter the time, no matter the distance. Nothing can break us apart.

Just something I made in between working on stories.

In Gotham, there was a rumor. The Bat was formed of the night, and the lines between it and the night blurred, to the point that it became all but invisible in the shadows, only able to be seen by the glow of its eyes, or a shadow blotting out the little light of the moon as it flew in the skies, surveying its territory. The Bat was eldritch, a myth, a tale told to children to frighten them into behaving. 'Be good, and the Batman won't snatch you away to join its brood'. By day, a ditzy socialite, CEO of Wayne Industries, by night, a vengeful shadow in the dark, punishing criminals and doling out justice, the Bat was real.
