But now, she's wishing she hadn't felt that way at all. Azrael, a twenty-one year old assassin has been sent by the Council to kill Ria. He breaks into Young Justice Headquarters, trashes Wayne Manor and creates general mayhem in Gotham, all to get Ria to come out and face him. And Ria's not exactly scared, she just doesn't know how to stop him without killing Azrael. With the BatFamily on her side, Ria thinks she has a fighting chance against this maniac until something crazy happens, Azrael takes a liking to Barbra. Having never really seen her face, it's Barbra's fighting style and spirit that attracted the cold-hearted boy to this justice loving hero. And now things are complicated. Having been taught to kill the things he loves, Azrael vows that once Ria is dead, Barbra will be next. This turn of events may lead the BatFamily to do something they have never done before, kill Azrael before he hurts any of them. DC Series Book Three Daybreak grabbed the sides of my helmet and dragged her tongue across the dusty surface. I tried not to imagine what it would be like to have that perfectly pink tongue against my face. She grinned and flashed a wink at me before vaulting off the side of the building and taking off across the street. I was thankful for the helmet for once because now Steph and doofus Dusk couldn't see how embarrassed I was. "Can you stop acting like a love sick puppy." Steph demanded, pulling down her mask and glaring at me like I was the stupidest big brother she had, even though that's clearly Grayson. "I'm not a love sick puppy." "Why did she lick your mask?" Dusk asked, more disgusted than suspicious. "It's gross." "Shut up Dusk." -- When Steph first called Jason for backup, he almost didn't answer. Sure Jason was the closest member of the BatFamily but that didn't mean he wanted to actually show up. Not that showing up made much of a difference, the bad guys still got away thanks to some idiot in a costume, claiming to be a superhero. Jason hadn't stuck around to hear his story, he just went after the people robbing the bank. What he found was a small team of rebels, much like his own Outlaws and immediately takes a liking to the free spirited, chaos spreading Daybreak. When Jason realizes that Spoiler and Dusk are hellbent on sending Daybreak and the rest of her team to prison, Jason is torn between offering this provocative Anti-hero his protection and helping Steph and Dusk get the Justice they're searching for. Overall, Jason just can't believe he got sucked into this BatFamily drama as the rest of their family begins to take sides.
