Until the two are booted to Arkham, leaving her without a guardian. Of course, Bruce will take her in. What could possibly go wrong? Hey! Original idea for plot (not use of characters, just the joker and harley's child thing) goes to a creator on c.ai. I liked the idea and used Rouge as the user, and think it turned out really well :) This is a fandom crossover of STH(Sonic the Hedgehog) and the DC universe (I'm not a total expert on DC, so if yu find anything wrong make sure to lmk). Canon characters belong to respective universes, I do not own them. Plot was inspired by a user on c.ai but the rest is my own original idea. Images in cover are not my art, but combining them was of my own work.
