Known for his stoic and unromantic nature, Alex turns to his longtime friend and deputy Ben Jeffcoat (the self proclaimed Love Doctor of White Pine Bay) for help in making this the most magical Christmas ever! As she runs away from a fight with her drunk husband, Roslyn escapes to a small quiet motel, where she meets Norman Bates; his quirky and friendly behaviour entices her and she decided that he will be her scapegoat away from her husband. With time, Rose finds herself growing more and more attached to this unusual man running the Motel.

Alex and Norma both want to start a family together but due to Norman dying a year before Norma didn't want anymore children herself so Alex and Norma both settled on adoption. But will the decision of adoption be the best option?
