Batman has not been spotted in 15 years and a fearsome gang known as The Mutants have been terrorizing Gothamites and a villain claiming to be The Joker surfaces. The Joker has a unique connection to Batman and with rising threats everywhere the city needs Batman to return once more. (BATMAN FOREVER and BATMAN & ROBIN never happened in this story of mine. The Bat, the Bird and the Scarecrow... A Halloween Batman tale that acts as a conclusion to Tim Burton's movies. Ten years after he was forced to retire from being Batman, Bruce Wayne decides to don the cape one last time to catch a new serial killer inspired by The Scarecrow. He is joined by Stephanie Brown, a teenage superhero who also happens to be his number one fan. Together they will uncover a conspiracy that will bring back both friends and foes from Batman's past and reveal the corrupt heart of Gotham City.
