She fears that she is the only one of four in the whole city who is trying to stay with their morals and change Gotham for good. Unshakeable as a Wayne Enterprises Inc. board member, ruthless as a civilian consultant, she starts expecting even more of herself as she takes an even bigger risk: taking justice into her own hands. Follow her path where there's no going back, her secrets surrounded by darkness, and her own journey with love. However, isn't the real question, does she and the other new symbol, Batman, have what it takes to save Gotham? I don't own Batman, nolanverse, nor DC comics. I only own one character, Sevyn Wacer.

This will be a Jonathan Crane x Male Reader, I don't think I've ever seen a legitimate Male Reader fic for Jonathan, so here it is. There will not be any 'spice' in this book as characters are mostly minors, but if this gets a lot of reads I may write a sequel to when they're older. It would take place in the movie Batman Begins. Update: I've removed inserts such as (M/N), I don't enjoy having to put those in my stories, so while this is still a reader insert you will not have to choice to input your own descriptions. I'm going for more vague descriptions, as you can tell by the edited chapters. This is still a BL story, as seen through the internalized homophobia our main character has.

Deep in the shadows is someone burning for a war. All though Bane never succeeded in his destruction of Gotham, there is someone who wants his title as the one risen from darkness... That person hides in the shadows -plotting the death of a man deserted and alone. One thing to always remember about Bane - the shadows belong to him and that he is never truly alone.
