Bruce Wayne has gone to a small town built by gypsies that lives almost unheard of on his travels to become batman. That was where a horrid event happened in Bruce's past. He goes to the cemetery to find the grave and there he finds a new vigilante. She sits atop the grave of what Bruce sees to be his biggest mistake. It is not the last they will see each other, for she is the new vigilante running loose in Gotham when he returns. It does not take long for him to discover who she is. The dead have not stayed so dead. Can they stop the impending threat? Will Bruce be able to fix his biggest mistake?

I love Batman so like yeah this is an x reader to honor my love for him, plus honestly there isn't enough books about him on this app tbh. Little summary for each chapter: 1- The Dark The reader found themselves walking in the dead of night when they were attacked, though they were saved by a mysterious man in a black bat-like suit. 2- Long Walk The reader had found themself thinking of this vigilante almost every time they allowed their mind to wander. In hopes to calm down, they take a walk when they find themselves at the house of the stranger, despite it being so far away from their home. 3- Kidnapped by The Joker While waiting for the bus to get to work, the reader is kidnapped by none only then the Joker and it is up to Batman to save them! 4- Into The Batcave After Batman saves the reader, he brings them to the secret batcave to make sure they're unharmed and to care for them.

The reader and Jason were friends for a long time before Batman took him in. You and him only had each other and the streets of Gotham.
