Primrose (Prim or Rose) Winters was adopted by Oliver Queen but when she was in the Adoption Center for Girls she only had one friend who is her best friend, Billy Batson (Captain Marvel). Billy Batson and his Uncle lived across the street from her Adoption Center for Girls, for years. Prim and Billy Batson been best friends since they were 5 but once she's adopted at the age of 13, things take a left turn and they may not see each other again...
