This story is about Lily Muto, Yugi's older sister by two years. The two siblings had been apart for eight years, and they reunite at the start of the story. Lily is quickly noticed by Seto Kaiba, the former world champion of Duel Monsters. Lily is the dueling champion of America, and she will take place in the Battle City tournament.

You would think that Azaria Thalia Holliday was an ordinary girl if you looked at her. However, the light magic running through her veins combined with her being the newly-reigning US Champion of Duel Monsters has caused a rift between herself and her family. While on her way to Battle City, she gains a new companion and must do her best to keep her new companion safe, even if it kills her. Will the pair make it out of Battle City alive and whole? After things took place back in duelist kingdom, Kyra faces more darker forces to be dealt with. But the questions he has about himself, he feels as if Kyra has some answers but everything going on gets in the way of him asking. Despite that, he still plans to ask when the moment presents itself, but will she be brave enough to tell him? Many new things will prove to be difficult this time around for Kyra. Still supporting and protecting her friends, and facing her greatest fear in this tournament to come. All will be told in this season.
