Intro: It is apparent in life that things will not always turn out the way you expected them, and thus, expectations are to be kept in check in order to maintain stability. Of course, this applies to Sparky Kofer, a Jolteon who happens to live in the world of Pokémon, blended into the modern realities of technology, as well as retaining some style of PMD. Throughout his life, he has been ridiculed of this mysterious illness, to which it has affected him negatively. However, he has met several Pokémon throughout his journey, including Sylvie Keller, a Sylveon who happens to show him that he is more valuable than he initially had thought. Unfortunately, the terrible timing of events has led to a fallout that has changed Sparky emotionally and permanently. During this era, a fellow Eeveelution and a Flareon in the name of Solar Octane, manages to be his guide during these times of hardships. Luckily, a new path lies ahead in college for a fresh start to kick things back on track. With a new group of Eeveelution friends forming, return of familiar faces, and discovery of new ones, what kind of adventures will Sparky face and answers to seek in his condition? During a fierce battle against him, the female warrior Kanae Kocho is saved from the powerful upper moon demon Doma by healthy forty one year old charcoal merchant Tanjuro Kamado. This results in a fiery and intense battle that ends in Tanjuro forcing Doma to retreat into the night after fifteen minutes. Grateful for this, Kanae goes with the healthy charcoal merchant to his small home on Mount Kumotori. There, she meets his wife Kie, who is also forty one, and their six children, seventeen year old girl Jacinth, twelve year old triplets Nezuko, Takeo and Hanako, ten year old boy Shigeru and nine year old boy Rokuta. While selling charcoal to the residents of the closest town with her sometime after this, Tanjuro spots Kanae's apparent admirer Sanemi Shinazugawa and his younger brother Genya speaking with its innkeeper Nori Ohara.

After a overnight stay in a house at the bottom of the mountain they live on, thirteen year old girl Sumiko Kamado returns home to discover her five siblings, twelve year old triplets Nezuko, Takeo and Hanako, eleven year boy Shigeru and ten year old boy Rokuta, all dead in the snow with their parents Tanjuro and Kie both missing. While Sumiko is trying to find out what she should do, her five siblings are revived as demons and tackle her to the snowy ground. However, her life is saved when young man Kagaya Ubuyashiki, who leads a ancient organization known as the Demon Slayer Corps, hauls the five newly turned demons off her and helps her get up off the snowy mountain ground.
