Based on A Series of Unfortunate Events, this book tells the unlucky story of Beatrice Piggott at Prufrock Preparatory School as she meets Duncan Snicket and discovers her world may not be as safe as it seems.

This is a fanfic that explains what might've happened if the Baudelaire parents (and the Quagmire parents) had lived. CREDIT TO DANIEL HANDLER, THE REAL LIFE NAME OF LEMONY SNICKET!!!!

Laura, who just turned 17 and is the oldest of the Baudelaires, was on an unexpected trip out of the country when a fire burned down her home and her parents were killed, leaving the Baudelaires in Count Olaf's questionable "care" for a while. Her three other siblings weren't at the house at that time and survived, and she and all her siblings have special talents. Laura is both clever and cunning, and she can slip out of any conversation with just a few words (but knows a few fighting moves just in case). Violet, who was 14 at the time of the fire, is highly intelligent inventor, and can make just about anything from basically nothing (and with a ribbon in her hair). Klaus, who was 12 at the time of the fire, is a very avid reader who can remember just about anything he reads. Sunny, who was 2 at the time of the fire, is a smart infant who enjoys to bite things with her extremely sharp teeth. Mr. Poe has put them in a hotel to stay for a while before they go to their next guardian, but Count Olaf is lurking around the corner. Will he get his hands on the Baudelaire's humongous fortune? Or will the Baudelaires escape with their lives once again?

This is a sequel to number 13 of a series of unfortunate events. Also this is my first book so feel free to give suggestions as I need them. I have made this because all of the sequels to a series of unfortunate events either have Klaus and Fiona together or are not very accurate to the books prior events. You'd think training at a secret organization would be fun and rather easy. It's not. There are extreme lessons and practices. It doesn't help that your mother is the best agent in the organization. She's basically the president of V.F.D.. Oops, I probably shouldn't have said that I'm training with and for V.F.D.. I definitely shouldn't have said that.
